Lamination is a process in which two or more materials are joined together in order to utilize the different properties of the individual materials in one product. We have technology for single-sided and double-sided lamination.
According to customer requirements, we are able to select the most suitable type of lamination adhesive and thus ensure perfect adhesion. For some materials, it is essential to use a special primer to achieve perfect adhesion, which creates a microfilm on the surface for ideal adhesion.
Another method is lamination using heat, where the adhesive is heated to the required temperature, which also helps the adhesive adhere to the surface of the material.
Thanks to variable technical equipment, we are able to laminate both individual pieces (plates) and material in roll form. The maximum width of the input material for lamination is 1600 mm, the largest possible diameter of the material roll is 440 mm.
Finished products are used as damping parts, self-adhesive seals, sound and heat insulation, or are further processed to produce shaped parts according to drawing documentation.
