During die-cutting, the material itself and the carrier layer, which can be silicone paper or foil, are cut. We are able to adapt die-cutting production to the nature of the material and the size of your order.

Dining only chops the material that remains on the carrier layer, which can be silicone paper or foil. The finished products remain on a roll or sheet after cutting, which makes it very easy to peel the cutout from the base layer and makes it possible to use the cutouts, for example, in machine processing.

Our company has machinery for cutting adhesive tapes, as well as many other materials in rolls. Tape cutting can be done from already manufactured logo rolls of various windings and lengths. We are able to cut tapes from a width of 3 mm to 1600 mm.

Lamination is a process in which two or more materials are joined together in order to utilize the different properties of each material in a single product. We have technology for single-sided and double-sided lamination.

Longitudinal cutting is performed on a band saw and on a special Imesa machine for longitudinal cutting. The maximum material thickness is up to 250 mm. Special orders are cut with Marthor hand knives.
