3M™  slick surface tapes include two similar groups of products, each with specific features. PTFE tapes offer outstanding resistance to  extreme temperatures and have the lowest friction coefficient.

UHMW-PE tapes are similar to PTFE tapes in terms of their slickness and friction coefficient but have been specially formulated for extreme abrasion resistance.
