Laminating Adhesives

These are self-adhesive coatings applied (laminated) onto various materials to make them self-adhesive.

Laminating adhesives are usually thin sandwich-like layers consisting of a silicone treated paper liner, acrylic adhesive and PET or HDPE film carrier.  They come  in both rolls and sheets where the thing adhesive coating is protected by a silicone treated paper liner on both sides. 

Available thickness of adhesive films ranges from 0.05mm to 0.25mm.

Laminating adhesives also come in liquid form for screen printing.
These liquid laminating adhesives are hardened by UV light or drying.

They are used in various fields:

• Automobile production
• Metalworking
• Advertising and promotion
• Furniture production and wood processing
• Rubber and plastics industries

The most frequent applications of laminating adhesives:

• production of metal serial plates
• production of control panel plates
• production of touchpads
• production of gaskets
