The company has 14 permanent employees and cooperates with other workers on the basis of market needs. We have our own facilities with an area of 500 m2 and we are building even larger facilities with an area of 1800 m2, planned to go into operation in 2006.
The company was ISO 9001:2000 certified in 2003 by SGS Switzerland SA Systems.
The aim of our company is to meet the requirements of our customers from piece production to million-piece orders. An important part of our activities is manual processing of small-lot production lines, i.e., diecutting, kisscutting and laminating. Larger production lines are processed on a rotary cutting press and a cutting plotter from ARISTO, which enables us to produce complicated shapes without the need for cutting tools, both for the production of samples and for large-lot production.
The range of material we process is very wide - it includes not only 3M™ products, but also products of other companies. We also produce composite products, such as acrylic and rubber adhesives with crude rubber, felt, fabric, PVC film and others. There is demand for microporous rubber in combination with acrylic adhesives for the production of sealing and landing elements. If the customer wishes, we are able to suggest the right material and solution and to produce samples.
